Maybe it’s just because I have the flu and am both physically and emotionally compromised right now, but JFC I am almost in tears of frustration over this nonsense. Why is it that there are so many people in the world who do not understand that they do not get to say what I do with my body? Not what I put it in, not who gets to touch it, not when I use it to create another human being. I mean, honestly, how is it that there are this many people who are not only cruel and stupid, but so certain in that cruelty and stupidity that they think it gives them the right to bludgeon others with their hateful opinions?
